Cancellation Policy

Please be courteous when using our spaces as they are shared with other members. We kindly ask that you return the room to the condition it was as you found it. If you need a boom or vacuum to clean up a mess, please speak to one of our staff. We also ask that you DO NOT UNPLUG ANY DEVICE without ASKING FIRST- Its probably OK- but it also might be a router... sooooo... don't. We also recommend you book additional time if you need it for setup and tear down as you cannot access the studios before your booked time and late check outs are billed accordingly. Members are responsible for their own setup and tear down. Please plan accordingly. No Shows are not grounds for Refunds.
